Life Development Hour is the education hour, Sunday school, and teen church wrapped into one hour. In other words, there is something for everyone - adults, teens, and children - in Life Development Hour. Life Development meets Sunday mornings from 9-10 a.m. except on the first Sunday of the month in which Family Time is held.
Classes for adults change on a trimester. The list of classes available is published in the weekly bulletin. At least one of offerings is a certificate program course through Evangelical Training Association (ETA). ETA courses allow those who complete 10 instructional hours of a class to earn one credit towards the completion of a certificate. Areas of ETA course study are Bible Doctrine, Church Ministry Skills, Leadership Skills, and Outreach Skills. ETA classes are held during the 12-week fall and winter trimesters.
Family Time The first Sunday has been set aside for the unity of the body. From 9-10, we meet in the sanctuary for Family Time. Family Time is personal and intimate. People are able to share their lives with each other mainly via testimony and prayer time. Whether you have a struggle and need prayer or have experienced some success or growth in your relationship with God, you may share what on your heart at this safe, family place.
Life Development Hour has been cancelled due to precautions taken for COVID-19. We'll return to classes when we can do it safely.
